We understand the importance of the memorial stone reflecting your vision. If you are uncertain about how the photo will look in the mockup, you are welcome to send us an alternative image. Our graphics team will assess both options to determine which one would be more suitable for the stone.
Please note that the process of cropping, restoring, and editing photos is meticulous, and as such, we include one photo mockup in your order at no additional cost. We are happy to make revisions to this mockup to better align with your preferences. If you wish to see a mockup with a second image, please be aware there is an Additional Photo Mockup Fee of $10.00 per image. This option allows you the flexibility to compare and choose the best representation for your memorial marker.

PLEASE NOTE if choosing the DELUXE, PREMIER or GRAND Stone, these cannot be shipped to PO BOX, we would need the address that is deliverable by Fedex or UPS, otherwise, if PO BOX is the only option, we would need to send you an invoice to pay additional $25 as the shipping to PO Boxes on the heavy stones are super expensive using the Post Office shipping method.
